Please read the following information before making a booking!

 

All our clients are extremely important to us and we value your time and experience with us. Please help us make it a great experience for all by adhering to our salon policies..

 

1. Communication

Please email, text or whatsapp us, we are in treatments with clients and cannot answer calls! We will respond as soon as we are able to but may need 24 - 48hrs as we are busy performing treatments.

 

2. Bookings

Appointments can only be booked and managed via our online booking system, available 24/7 from the link below or the Fresha App. Please check availability frequently as clients change their appointments often. Because we are in treatments with our clients we are not able to manage clients bookings for them.

 

3. Punctuality

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and will vary depending on your treatment choice/s. Should you arrive after your scheduled start time, your appointment will be reduced or cancelled accordingly and cannot be extended into another clients time. The FULL cost of the original treatment/s booked will be charged for regardless of the appointment duration or treatments not performed due to lateness. Please ensure you arrive on time to avoid disappointment.

 

4. Treatment times

Each treatment takes a certain amount of time to perform, we need the full allocated time in order to do our best job possible and give you amazing results. Some treatments can be performed simultaneously, others not and times can vary greatly per client. Please don’t rush us, we want to give you the best results, we are perfectionists after all. Please ensure you arrive on time to avoid disappointment as the end result will be affected.

 

5. Cancellations, reschedules and no shows

24hrs notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment and must be done via the online booking system. If the system does not allow you to cancel/reschedule it is less than the required 24hrs notice period. A cancellation fee will need to be settled before you can rebook. Should you not arrive for your appointment, the cancellation fee will be applicable and will need to be settled before you can rebook. The cancellation fee will be the FULL cost of the treatment/s booked. If the cancellation fee is not settled, future appointments will be cancelled and you will not be able to rebook.
